Introduce your pottery to the magic of wildfire.

Join the QI Clay Club at The Mellows Art and Nature Retreat in beautiful Uxbridge, just a short 45 min drive east of Toronto.

Explore acres of trails on The Mellows conservation lands while learning the exciting technique of painting pots with smoke and fire.  The results are fabulously unpredictable!

Participants bring their own bisque ware (Raku clay is preferred) and receive all the materials and instruction needed to load 1/3 of a barrel (approx. 6 - 5”x5”x5” forms) Participants can join Lisa at the QI Clay Club on Tuesday night for cleaning, polishing and sealing. ($50)

Enjoy the autumn colours,  share a potluck lunch around the bonfire and introduce your pottery to the magic of wildfire.
