The Open Studio is dedicated daytime studio access for QI Clay Club Alumni who want time to practice, refine skills, and create at their own pace without instruction.

OPEN STUDIO PASS DETAILS

• $135 = 3 visits

• 4-hour visits

• Visits must be used within 8 weeks from purchase

• Only 6 passes available (limited release)

• Unlimited clay

• Unlimited glazes

• Unlimited firing (during your 8 week pass)

• Unlimited studio slips and underglaze

• 6x6 tile batt systems for throwers

• Plastic batts

• Damp boxes (available upon request)

• Class tools kits, aprons /towels

• Dedicated shelf space for in-progress work (18”Wx 24”L x9”H)

• A calm, focused studio environment to work independently.

THE STUDIO IS OPEN

• 11AM-3PM

• Mon/Tues/Wed & Fri/Sat/Sun

• Sessions are booked online in advance

THINGS TO EXPECT

• Yes, you need to have taken a 7 week class with Lisa

• Clean up (mopping etc) is part of your 4 hour time. Members are expected to leave the studio as they found it.

• Check the online calendar, the studio will be closed for holidays as well as potential planned and unplanned closures.

• max 4 potters /visit - dates will grey out when fully booked

• Don’t forget to leave 2 weeks to process bisque work

• Outside glazes and clay are not permitted.

• There is no instruction available during open studio.
